Essex Single Barrel Shotgun and a 1898 version

Essex Single Barrel Shotgun
A man brings me in two shotguns. He has the barrel, forend, and receiver but no buttstock on both guns. One of the guns has Essex on the side and the other has 1898 on the barrel. The Essex has a hardware store bolt to hold the barrel on the gun. Both have very short tangs on the receivers mating with the buttstocks.
No parts are available so I invented and machined a wrist pin and locking assembly for the Essex.
Likewise there are no stocks available so I ordered two and will alter them to fit.
Both have been polished in preparation for hot bluing.
